Team Effort Gives Bowling Win Over Shaw, 24-3

Junior Brett Lorio won all three of his games against Shaw.
Blue Jay bowling worked as a team to defeat district rival Shaw, 24-3, on Monday, Feb. 10.
Sophomore Peyton Hidalgo, junior Brett Lorio, junior Chris Ainsworth, and senior Andrew Prejean won all three of their games. Chris Ainsworth had a 256 and was the only player to finish with a 600 series (628). Peyton Hidalgo had a great day with a 207 and a 201. Senior Chris Totaro and junior Ben Ainsworth finished a tough day with a 236 and 247 respectively.
The Jays were interviewed by “Wild Bill” Wood from WGNO’s News With a Twist and are looking forward to finding out when the segment airs. (See photos below.)
Jesuit (5-0) will next face Holy Cross on Thursday, Feb. 13 back at the AMF All Star Lanes.
