With only five days to go until the 2017 Blue Jay Bazaar, the Jesuit community is counting down to a fun-filled family weekend. In addition to unbeatable food, drinks, and games, the Bazaar also offers a packed schedule of top-notch bands with distinctly “Jesuit” connections, including alumni and current student players. Join thousands at Carrollton and Banks on Saturday, March 25, and enjoy the fabulous entertainment line up!

Neutral Snap

Neutral Snap, a five-piece rock band born and raised in New Orleans, will close out the Bazaar from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jesuit is happy to welcome back band members — and alums — Josh Latham ’13, Walker Legrand ’13, John Paul Brown ’13, George Neyrey V ’13, and Dominick Conforte ‘15.

Mia Kylie Band

At 2:45 p.m., the Blue Jay Bazaar welcomes the Mia Kylie Band back to the stage, accompanied by senior Tristan Marchand and sophomore Erik Finney! Performing since she was a young girl, Mia has released one pop CD and is currently working on her second in the pop/pop rock genre.

The Medics

Perennial favorites, the Blue Jay Bazaar wouldn’t be the same without Dr. Jim Brown ’77 and The Medics who take the stage at 1:15 p.m. The Medics is a three piece band of guitar, bass, and drums. The group plays classic rock hits by such artists as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, ZZ Top, The Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Led Zeppelin, as well as assorted hits from the ’60s and ’70s.

Rougarou

Local New Orleans-style blues and rock band, Rougarou, kicks off the Bazaar from 11:15 a.m. to noon and features senior Connor Zaeringer on the drums!
