Regular Order, Day 6

• It’s Rivalry Week and that means Friday will see the 99^th meeting of Jesuit and Holy Cross on the gridiron.  Get ready for the event by purchasing your Game Day T-shirt in the Student Commons before school and at lunch each day this week. Regular sizes are $10 and larger sizes are $15.
• Student 2 Student will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 202.
• The Foosball Club and the Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today and Thursday during the second half of lunch in Room 329.
• Top’s tip of the day: Hard work and discipline will help you accomplish any goal.
• Intramural football schedule for today:
  • Field 1 – 902 vs. 905, referees: Aloka Fernando & Finn Homes

Results:

• Congratulations to the Blue Jay Football Team as they beat district rival St. Aug, 28-21, this past Saturday night.  A very physical defensive front lead by Senior Perry Gancy’s 13 tackles and 3 sacks slowed down the explosive Knights.  Gancy was named NOLA.com’s player of the game.  Jimbo Hotard also added 8 tackles and Sophomore safety Tripp Haddad also added a key sack.  Offensively Tight End Zack Charneco lead the rest of the offensive line as they handled the  St. Augustine defensive front.  Rushing touchdowns were earned by Senior running backs Willie Robinson and Brayton Whittington.  Kicker Max Schuerich also added two clutch field goals.
