Regular Order, Day 7
- Students and Faculty interested in donating blood can sign up today during lunch in the Commons. Our annual Blood Drive will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 9. Students 16 and over can donate. All faculty and staff are invited to donate. See Mrs. Tassin for more details. Students who successfully donate will receive a T-shirt and a VIP pass to the Mortuary Haunted House.
- The Service and Social Justice League will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 132. All are welcome.
- All players trying out for this year’s JV or Varsity tennis teams will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 219. Please see Coach Smith for more information if you cannot attend the meeting.
- The Table Tennis Team will be holding tryouts today immediately after school in the 4th floor hallway.
- The swimming team will face Chalmette this evening at UNO starting at 6:30.
- Students interested in playing 8th and 9th grade soccer for Jesuit should meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 329.
- Students interested in playing JV and Varsity soccer for Jesuit should meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 329.
- Mu Alpha Theta will meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 329 to discuss the upcoming Ben Franklin Tournament. Any new and returning members that cannot attend should email Mrs. Brauner.
- There will be a brown bag concert tomorrow during lunch in the courtyard. The student band from Clavius Gymnasium, a school in Germany visiting Jesuit this week, will perform.
- Explore your hidden Kingdom! The Chess Club will meet tomorrow after school in Room 112. Anyone interested in joining, desiring further information, or just looking for a friendly game of Chess is welcome to attend.
- Paintball club’s next outing is Saturday, Oct. 6. Permission forms are available outside the ROTC office or see Master Gunnery Sergeant Piseno.
- Seniors: Fordham University will be conducting admission and scholarship interviews on campus on Wednesday from noon until 3pm. Please sign up in the Guidance Office by the end of the day today if you are interested.
- Admission representatives from St. Edward’s University, Vanderbilt University, and the College of Charleston will be available during lunch today in Rooms 120, 121, and 122.
