Wrestling Senior Night: Last Hurrah Before State
Having one last hurrah before the state tournament, the Jesuit wrestling team celebrated Senior Night and Alumni Recognition Night in the Birdcage on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Before the tri-meet against district opponent John Curtis and non-district opponent De La Salle (DLS), the team honored senior wrestlers, their parents, and wrestling alumni.
The Blue Jays closed out the night, and their regular season schedule, with a 63-11 win over Curtis and a 64-10 win over DLS.
Jesuit congratulates the following senior wrestlers on completing their final event in the Birdcage (as pictured below): Perry Ganci, Jacob Kieff, Ashton Stevens, Tony Serio, Chase Raterman, Dj Ferrier, Luke Eccles, Colby Queyrouze, Sam Dreuil, Will Freese, and Jack Grady.
