Let’s Make it a Grand Raffle!
As students return to regular school hours after exam week in the week of March 18-22, volunteers will be available at lunch to collect raffle tickets outside the volunteer office, Room 126. On Friday, March 22, raffle ticket collection will take place all day in St. Ignatius Hall.
All money should be turned in by March 22 at 3:00 p.m. for inclusion in salesman awards, including the Raffle Ticket Holiday on March 29.
On Saturday, March 23, 2019 during the Back to Banks Bazaar, $5,000 will be awarded to the lucky winner of the Grand Raffle. The drawing will take place at 6:00 p.m. The proceeds from this raffle help to defray tuition and operating costs at Jesuit which benefits all Blue Jays.
Each student receives 50 raffle tickets to sell. Parents are not expected to purchase their son’s tickets, so students are encouraged to contact relatives, friends, and neighbors to sell their tickets. Raffle tickets are pre-numbered. All tickets assigned to the student must be turned in whether or not they have been sold.
