A Photo Peek of Christmas Week!
Along with maybe Disney World in late Summer, the most magical place and time might just be Jesuit High School during Christmas Week. Only at Jesuit High School is one Blue Jay able to eat cookies, sing karaoke, take pictures with Santa, make (and consume) gingerbread houses, compete in a battle of unwrapping gifts, and wear the ugliest Christmas sweater he owns to school. These were the events of Christmas Week, and they were undisputed.
At the start of the week, students learned to keep “Christ” in Christmas Week by celebrating Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. By the end of the week, they have also figured out how to put the “wit” into Jeswit (Jesuit) through the annual Christmas Door-Decorating Contest.
Thank you to all who participated. Merry Christmas…everyone!
