Day 2
- Co-curricular Rush Day will take place tomorrow during lunch on the third floor of the Roussell Building. Use the pedestrian walkway to discover this year’s student life co-curricular offerings. Sign-up for a club or team and get involved.
- All freshmen are to report to the auditorium at the start of their respective lunch periods on Friday, Oct. 23, for a class level meeting with Coach Songy. Do not miss this meeting.
- Seniors attending the rescheduled Kairos Retreat on Nov. 1 – 3 should meet in the auditorium today at the start of each half of the lunch. See Mr. Flores if you cannot attend.
- There will be an informational meeting for all those interested in joining Sodality today during the second half of both lunches in the 3rd floor chapel. All are welcome.
- The Lacrosse program will hold an informational meeting today at 6:15pm in the Auditorium. All returning players, as well as new and interested students, are invited to attend.
- Hey, did you hear about the Chess player whose whole left side was cut off. He’s all right now. You can meet this righteous Chess player at the first Chess Club meeting of the year, this afternoon at 3:15 p.m. in Room 332. New members are welcome.
- Any 8th grade student interested in trying out for the 8th grade basketball team should attend an organizational meeting tomorrow during lunch (at 11:30 and 12:15) in Benson Arena.
- The varsity football team will face St. Augustine at Tad Gormley on Sunday afternoon with kickoff set for 1:30. A very limited amount of tickets will be available for purchase at the switchboard today. All tickets are $10.00 each for adults, students, and children.
- Registration for AP exams takes place this and next week. Students who are interested in taking these exams, whether or not they are enrolled in AP classes, should check the Academics tab on the Jesuit website for further information about the exam registration process. In order to not be charged a $40 late fee, online registration must be completed by Friday, Oct. 30.
- Admission representatives from Fordham University and Loyola University Maryland will be available immediately after school today in Rooms 120-122.
