MCJROTC & Fellow Blue Jays Donate Over 1,350 Toys for Tots
In conjunction with the national U.S. Marine Corps Reserve program, Jesuit’s MCJROTC participated in the annual Toys for Tots drive, holding a homeroom-wide contest to collect as many new, unwrapped gifts as possible.
The highly anticipated drive ended on Friday, December 11. Jesuit students donated a total of 1356 toys to be distributed to local agencies serving the underprivileged. The MCJROTC congratulates to all who donated toys, especially the following homerooms which donated the most toys in each grade level:
807 – 127 toys (Schexnayder/Powers)
902 – 60 toys (Merritt/Bacon)
1007 – 62 toys (Storm/Reuther)
1102 – 148 toys (Culicchia/Lota)
1203 – 60 toys (Dagate/Arthurs-Goldberg)
