Day 5

• All Sophomores interested in becoming a Big Brother for next school year will meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in the auditorium.  All Juniors who missed yesterday’s meeting and are interested in becoming a Big Brother should plan on attending this meeting.
• Those interested in membership in the National Honor Society for next school year are strongly encouraged to participate in Jesuit’s Big Brother program.
• The St. Peter Claver Club, a student group dedicated to discussing and promoting diversity at Jesuit, is inviting students who are currently involved in the club or have been members in previous years to an important meeting today after school in Room 210 to begin strategic planning for the future of the club.
• The varsity baseball team will host Newman tonight at John Ryan Stadium with first pitch set for 6:00 p.m.  The game will be broadcast live on CST.
• The Student Council and Sodality will be co-hosting a senior tailgate today before the baseball game against Newman at John Ryan Stadium. The tailgate will start at 4:30pm.
• The 8^th grade baseball team will face John Curtis at Delta this afternoon starting at 4:30.
• The junior varsity baseball team will play at Hahnville this afternoon starting at 4:30.
• The golf team will face Holy Cross this afternoon at Bayou Oaks North starting at 4:00.
• The tennis team will face Holy Cross this afternoon at UNO starting at 4:00.
• The Blue Jay Shop will be closed tomorrow.
