Edgar “Dook” Chase ’00 and Harry Connick, Jr. ’85 Featured on Today Show
In an episode about New Orleans cultural icons, the Today Show recently travelled to the Crescent City to feature two prominent Jesuit alumni. In a segment about the legacy of the legendary Leah Chase and the Chase family’s impact on the city, Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager interviewed Edgar “Dook” Chase ’00 on the occasion of the announcement of his own new restaurant, Chapter IV.

The Today Show duo also interviewed Harry Connick, Jr. ’85 about growing up in New Orleans.
“I love this city so much and I’m just honored to be here,” Connick told Kotb and Hager in Jackson Square. Connick is developing an online platform called the Neutral Ground, which will feature content about his own passions, including music, food, and family.
