Regular Order, Day 2

• The varsity baseball team will face Edna Karr this afternoon at Wesley Barrow with first pitch set for 4:00.
• The JV baseball team will play at Shaw this afternoon starting at 5:00.
• The chess club will meet today after school in Room 313 to take yearbook photos.
• Senior intramural cabbageball forms are available in the student activities office. The league will be limited to 12 teams and games will start in April. Forms and fees are due next Friday to Mr. Orillion.

Results:

• On Saturday, Jesuit’s Mock Trial team of attorneys Dalton Haydel, Wade Rogers, and Preston Rumney; witnesses Daniel Lee, Jake Morvant, and Ben Tran; and alternate Tucker Schibler competed in the state mock trial tournament at the Jefferson Parish courthouse in Gretna.  After defeating Oakdale and Zachary in the first two single elimination rounds, Jesuit defeated Central High School in the final round to capture the state championship.  The team will represent the State of Louisiana in the National Mock Trial Tournament, in May in Little Rock, Arkansas.
