Regular Order, Day 7

• Every year, the school asks seniors to become Eucharistic Ministers to help serve at Jesuit’s all school masses. We need current rising seniors to volunteer to help with this ministry for the 2023-24 school year.  Please check Canvas for more details or talk with Fr. Polce for more info if you are interested!.
• The Classic Rock Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 203.
• Junior Prom will take place tonight from 8:00-11:00pm at The Moore in Elmwood. Lock-in is at 9:00. Tickets are $40 presale and $50 at the door.
• Juniors working Operation Upgrade this summer will meet Monday during the first half of lunch in Room 304.
• The Video Games Club will be hosting a Smash Brothers tournament Tuesday through Thursday next week. Entry is open to all.

Results:

• This past weekend, Freshman David Karcher sailed in the Alphonso Sutter Regatta/ILCA District 14 Championship, placing second in his division under challenging conditions of 30mph winds.
• Congratulations to the Tennis team for becoming back-to-back Regional Champions. On the first day, Senior duo of Jack Mann and Nick Kapusta won a nail-biting tiebreaker against the tough Mandeville team to advance into the semis. Doubles team of Junior Noah St. Germaine and Freshman Alton Swan contributed necessary points for the team. Also, doubles team of Sophomores Scott Harper and Leo Congeni had crucial wins to advance into the semis. Junior Josh Verges secured the title for the Jays with a dominating, MVP performance, sweeping the individual singles bracket.
