Regular Order, Day 4

• Student Council Executive Board Candidate Forms are available in the Student Activities Office and on Canvas. Completed forms are due on March 7. 
• The JHS Chess Team will be hosting its annual Mission Drive Tournament, beginning on Tuesday, March 12. The deadline to register is March 11, and the cost to participate is $15.  Chess team members will not be participating. To register, email Mr. Campos at camposJ@jesuitnola.org or see him in Room 311 during the first half of lunch or after school.  The winner will receive a $50 gift card of his choice, a dozen of Sra. Campos’s famous chocolate chip cookies, and a unique JHS chess piece trophy. If you think you have what it takes to become this year’s chess champion, sign-up and claim your title.  More details will be emailed to those who register.
• Upperclassmen: Interested in being a leader in the spiritual life of the school? Campus Ministry is looking for Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors to lead for the Freshman Retreat happening next Friday, March 15. An info meeting will be held during the first half of lunch today in Campus Ministry.
• Seniors: This is the last week to register for the Three-Day Silent and Wilderness retreats. Come by Campus Ministry to submit forms or if you have any questions.
• All basketball, soccer, and wrestling lettermen are expected to report today during lunch to the weight room for lettermen jacket measurements and stripe and logo distribution.
• Balfour will be on campus today during lunch in the Student Activities Office, Room 131 to distribute senior graduation announcements to those who ordered them.
• All members of Mu Alpha Theta attending the annual Mu Alpha Theta state convention will meet today during the second half of lunch in St. Ignatius Hall.
• Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today and tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 330.
• The Card Magic Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 403.
• The Blue Jay newspaper staff will meet today during the second half of lunch in the Student Communications office.
• All students are invited to join Mr. Newell and Mr. Jaskiewicz today during the during half of lunch in the Chapel of the North American Martyrs for Guided Ignatian Meditation.
• Sophomores who are doing their Day of Service this Saturday are reminded that permission forms are due to Room 126 by lunchtime today.
• The Tech Crew will meet today from 3-5:30PM
• The Phils E-Board will meet today from 3:30-4:30PM. 
• The Cast of Guys & Dolls will rehearse today from 4:30-7PM. Phaculty Phils excused.
• The golf team faces Rummel this afternoon at Shaw starting at 4:00.
• The varsity baseball team plays at Mandeville tonight with first pitch set for 6:00.
• The 9^th grade baseball team plays at Shaw this evening starting at 5:30.
• The 8^th grade baseball team plays at Brother Martin this afternoon starting at 4:30.
• Master Gunns will be cooking jambalaya tomorrow during lunch to raise money for the Mission Drive this week. Jambalaya bowls will be sold for $ 3.00 each. 
• The varsity soccer and wrestling team members are reminded that the team photo for the Hall of Champions will be taken on the Carrollton Ave. steps tomorrow at 3:30.
• All Star Intramurals week is here. All events will take place during lunch. Today will be the skills challenge in the Benson Arena. Also, today on the 3rd floor is the freshman vs sophomore All Star game and the 8th grade All Star game. No Sign ups needed for 8th-10th grade All Star games. Tomorrow is the 3-point challenge with students vs faculty in the Benson Arena. Thursday is the Junior vs Senior All Star game in the Benson Arena. Friday is the Faculty vs Senior Basketball game in the Benson Arena. Rosters for the 3 point, skills, and Junior/ Senior Alll Star games will be posted in the Commons.
