Assembly Order #2, Day 1

• Come see the St. Joseph’s altar in the 3rd floor chapel all day today. Take cookie bags and holy cards when you visit.
• The Winter Issue of the Blue Jay has hit the newsstands. The double issue features highlights from the championship seasons of both wrestling and soccer, a “Teacher Feature” with Fr. Polce, S.J., and Blue Jays of the Month Gus Laibe (January) and Elliott Derbes (February). Pick up your copy outside the Student Communications Office (Room 128), the Commons, or the Resource Center.
• The auction for the FIFA tournament will be held in the commons during lunch today and Wednesday. The games will start on Thursday and continue into next week. If you want to buy a team, have the money on Wednesday to pay for the team. If you do not pay by lunch on Thursday, you will forfeit your team. 
• Today is the last day to sign up for the chess tournament. Donation entry is $15. Please email Mr. Campos if you wish to sign up today. For those registered, tournament play starts Wednesday; be sure to check your email about play times and details.
• The General Student Council will meet today during the first half of lunch in St. Ignatius Hall.
• The Blue Jay newspaper staff will meet during the second half of lunch in the Student Communications Office.
• Members of Mu Alpha Theta attending State Convention this weekend will meet today during the second half of lunch in Rooms 227, 229, and 231 for practice. Please attend to receive important information about your gaming events.
• Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today and tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 330.
• Sophomores who are scheduled for their Sophomore Day of Service this Saturday are reminded that permission forms are due to Mr. Delatte’s office by the end of the day today.
• Juniors are reminder to complete the Service Project Update Form on Canvas by Thursday.
• The Tech Crew will meet today from 3-5:30. 
• The Cast of Guys & Dolls will rehearse today from 4:30-7:30PM. Phaculty Phils excused.
• The varsity baseball team will host Northshore this evening at Mike Miley with first pitch set for 6:30.
• The 9^th grade baseball team plays at Shaw this afternoon starting at 5:00.
• The 8^th grade baseball team faces John Curtis at Harahan tonight starting at 6:30.
• The tennis team will face Newman this afternoon at UNO starting at 4:00.
• Join us at the Jesuit Bazaar, this Saturday, from Noon until 8:00. We’ll have great food, music, games, student performances, and the cook-off.  If you would like to work at the Bazaar and earn service hours, please sign up at the Front Desk (near the Blue Jay Shop).
• Printing fees are due today in Room 215.
