Regular Order, Day 7
- This weekend is the last chance to see Guys and Dolls. Seniors with ID get in for $5. Saturday is Alumni Night for the final show. Tell your friends and families – you don’t want to miss it.
- All freshmen are invited to Will Clark Field during the second half of lunch for popsicles and cookies.
- The Classic Rock Club will meet today during both halves of lunch in Room 203.
- The Creative Writing Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 116.
- The jv track and field team will compete in the district meet this afternoon and evening at Tad Gormley. Field events begin at 4:00 and the running events begin at 5:30.
- The varsity lacrosse team will play at UMS-Wright in Mobile tonight starting at 6:30.
- The varsity baseball team will face John Curtis on Saturday afternoon at Harahan with first pitch set for 2:00.
- The jv baseball will face John Curtis this afternoon at Harahan starting at 4:30.
- The 9th grade baseball team will face John Curtis at Harahan on Saturday morning starting at 9:30.
- The 8th grade baseball team will compete in the Northshore Tournament this evening and on Saturday.
- The varsity rugby team will host St. Thomas (Houston) this afternoon at Marconi starting at 5:00. On Saturday the team will host St. Paul’s at Marconi starting at 4:00.
- The junior high rugby team will face the Catahoulas at Marconi on Saturday afternoon starting at 4:00.
- All students and faculty interested in playing intramural Pickleball must register on IMLeagues. All seniors interested in playing cabbage ball must register a team on IM leagues. Instructions how to register are on the Intramurals page on the Student Life course in Canvas. Registration for both leagues is due today.
Results:
- On Tuesday, the varsity baseball team defeated Holy Cross 7-0. Jake Moreci pitched a complete game shutout and stuck out five batters. Everett Denny hit a homerun in the game.
- On Monday, the 8th grade baseball team beat Holy Cross 22-0. Holden Roubion was the winning pitcher. Race Hughes, Julian Alvarado, Dominic Mandina, and James Toups had multiple hits.
- On Tuesday, 8th grade baseball team beat Rummel 10-3. Harper Oncale was the winning pitcher. Oncale pitched five innings and struck out six. Cole Schmidt and Jace DeLatte had two hits.
