Regular Order, Day 1

• The Welcome Week Olympics continue today at lunch on Will Clark Field. Our events will include Archery, Javelin, and Judo. House Cup points will be awarded to 8th and 9th grades for these events.
• Any juniors or seniors interested in helping out at the 8^th grade retreat this Friday should see Mr. Bacon or send him an email at bacon@jesuitnola.org. Volunteers will help lead a small group and will receive a retreat t-shirt.
• Upperclassmen who have signed up as small group leaders for the 8^th grade retreat must attend one of the following meetings with Mr. Bacon. The first meeting is after school Thursday at 3:15 in Room 110. The second meeting is before Mass Friday morning at 7am in the Campus Ministry office.
• All seniors who do not have their 100 service hours approved must meet with Mr. Delatte today during the first half of lunch in St. Ignatius Hall.
• Any students interested in joining the Marine Corps JROTC will meet on Will Clark Field today during the first half of lunch with Lieutenant Colonel Himel and Master Gunnery Sergeant Piseno.
• All returning Spanish Club members will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 409.
• Any students who are interested in joining the wrestling team and missed the meeting last week will meet today during the second half of lunch in the wrestling room. You can also find Coach Orillion, Coach Firmin, or Coach Hatty for more information.
• The Academic Games team will meet today after school in Room 220.
• All returning varsity tennis team members and any student interested in trying out for the tennis team will meet today after school in the second floor classroom of the Roussel Bldg.
• Any students interested in trying out for the Jesuit golf team will meet Thursday during the first half of lunch in Room 223.  
• Coach Kenny’s sprint and field group will begin practice Tuesday, Sept. 3.  Fall practice will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3:30 -4:45 at the City Park practice track.
• Mass of the Holy Spirit is Friday. We will meet in homeroom of Friday and 9th-12th grade will be dismissed after Mass. 8th grade will stay on campus for the 8th grade retreat. Students should wear coat and tie on Friday for Mass.
