Assembly Order #2, Day 6

• Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will take place today until 3 pm in the 2^nd floor chapel.
• The Classic Rock Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 203.
• The Anime Club will meet today during first half of lunch in Room 116 to watch Cowboy Bebop.
• J-Troupe, Jesuit’s elite improv group, will meet today after school in Room 202.
• The varsity lacrosse team will play at St. Thomas More this evening starting at 6:00.  On Saturday the team plays at Catholic starting at 5:30.
• The varsity baseball team will continue play in the Jesuit Invitational Tournament tonight hosting Nolan Catholic (Ft. Worth) at John Ryan Stadium with first pitch set for 6:30. The team will conclude tournament play on Saturday hosting St. Thomas Aquinas at 12:30.
• The 9^th grade baseball team will play a doubleheader at Brother Martin on Saturday starting at 11:00.
• The varsity rugby team will play Lake Travis in Austin, TX on Saturday.
• The indoor varsity track and field team will compete in the state meet at LSU on Saturday.  Field events begin at 12:15 while the track events start at 2:15.
• The tennis team will compete in the Parkview Invitational in Baton Rouge this afternoon and on Saturday.
• Juniors are reminded that applications to Krewe de Camp are due to Mr. Delatte’s office today.

Results:

• On Tuesday, the varsity baseball team defeated Pearl River 11-4.  Jake Moreci was the winning pitcher.  Moreci pitched five solid innings.  The Jays had 11 hits led by Harry Leche, Tyler Sciambra, and Ryan Saunders.  
• On Thursday, the varsity baseball team defeated Belle Chasse 11-0.  Maes Martin was the winning pitcher.  Martin pitched a complete game shutout and struck out six batters.  Jake Moreci was 3-3 and Derek DeLatte had two hits.
