Regular Order, Day 2

• The annual school-wide king cake party will take place today during the second half of lunch in the courtyard. Organize your club or team to participate.
• Friday will be a a purple, green, and gold day. Wear your favorite Mardi Gras shirt or a purple, green, and/or gold collared shirt on Friday in place of your school shirt. Ask your homeroom teachers about the guidelines.
• Geometry State Competitors will meet during the first half of lunch today in Room 330. 
• The varsity baseball team will host Pope John Paul this afternoon at John Ryan Stadium with first pitch set for 5:00.
• The bowling team faces St. Augustine this afternoon at Bowlero starting at 3:20.
• Student Council Executive Board Candidate Forms are available in the Student Activities Office and on Canvas. Completed forms are due on March 11. 
• Mardi Gras beads will be collected after the break to be donated to St. Michael School for recycling. The bead drive will run from March 10 through March 19.
• The Churchill Society of New Orleans is once again holding its annual high school essay contest. Students who are interested in Winston Churchill, World War II, and the chance to win a cash prize should see Mr. Trosclair in the Social Studies Office (Room 205) for more information.
