Regular Order, Day 3

  • The Quiz Bowl team will meet today immediately after school in Room 411 to play the 30-20-10 online tournament.
  • The chess club and team will meet today after school in Room 311.
  • The tennis team will compete in the state tournament today at Forsythe Park in Monroe starting at 8:00 a.m.
  • The golf team will compete in the regional tournament today at Beau Chene starting at 9:00.
  • Juniors, application forms to serve as Eucharistic Ministers are available in the Campus Ministry office. If you are interested in being an EM as a Senior, please complete the form and bring it with you to the training session this Thursday, May 1st during lunch.
  • Juniors interested in serving as Senior leaders on next year’s Kairos retreats should submit their application by Friday, May 2. Forms can be found in the Campus Ministry Office and should be returned to Campus Ministry. See Mr. Bacon with any questions.

Results:

  • On Friday, the varsity baseball team defeated Alexandria 4-0.  Connor Donnelly pitched a complete game and struck out five batters.  Michael Brothers had two hits and Tyler Sciambra had two RBI’s.  
  • On Saturday, the varsity baseball team beat Alexandria 8-0 to advance to the State Quarterfinals. Jake Moreci pitched a complete game and struck out five batters.  Connor Donnelly, Harry Leche, and Jackson Dugan each had two hits.  Dugan hit a three run inside the park home run.  
  • The 2025 Intramural March Madness season came to a close with a thrilling championship game between Setti’s Clan and Bourg’s Ballers. Ethan Shankle and Iggy Miles led Setti’s Clan with 6 points each. However, that was not enough as Andrew Murphy put up a big 3 pointer to tie the game up and Frank Finicle had the game winning shot to give Bourgs Ballers the lead with 20 seconds left. Congratulations to the 2025 Intramural basketball March Madness Champions, the Bourg’s Ballers.
