Coming off a 40-7 victory in its preseason jamboree, the Jesuit High School (JHS) football team defeated the Tigers of Terrebonne High School, 24-7, in the 2019 regular season opener on Friday, Sept. 6. The Blue Jays found early success in all three facets of the game and never looked back during Friday’s non-district contest at Thomas B. Smith Memorial Stadium in Houma.

Jesuit (1-0) hits the road again on Friday, Sept. 13, as the Jays will face St. Paul’s. Pre-sale tickets are $7.00 each for adults, students and children. Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday and Friday in the Student Commons during lunch and on Thursday afternoon at John Ryan Stadium from 3:30-5:30 p.m.  All tickets purchased at the gate are $8.00.
