Kurt Forshag’s post-practice talk ends with a group photo of the 1969 football team, this year’s Legends of the Game, and this year’s team! Forshag, the 1969 team captain, motivated the Jays to beat the Tigers. The 1969 team is invited to the tailgate party on Roosevelt Mall behind Tad Gormley Stadium beginning at 4:00 p.m. on game day (tomorrow). Meet at the 10×20 Honoree Tent, reserved specifically for the Legends of the Game! It is a smaller blue & white striped tent located near the large blue & white tent. Both 1969 teams (Jesuit and Holy Cross) will march into the stadium as part of the Krewe of Rivalry Parade, which ends the tailgate party.
