The Jesuit Track and Field team has achieved many recent successes in the past few weeks. The most notable of these came from the distance team.
First, the 4×800 relay team, consisting of Seniors Jack Wallace, Stephen Peterman, and Chris Dehart, and Junior Morgan Hebert broke the school record with a time of 8:09. Also Sophomore Jack DesRoches ran a 9:20 in the two mile, breaking another school record. This run is the 5th fastest two mile time run by a sophomore in the nation.
Finally, freshman Michael Vocke ran 4:21 in the one mile, breaking a 36 year old school record and running the fastest freshman time in the country this year. Congrats to the track team on their recent success.
