Regular Order, Day 6

• The Harry Tompson Center is collecting items to benefit homeless men and women in the city. Flyers have been posted in the classroom detailing items they are in need of. Please drop off all items in campus ministry or in front of the library. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
• All Algebra I and Geometry students interested in competing in the Brother Martin Math Tournament on Jan. 14 will meet Wednesday and Friday during the first half of lunch in Room 330.  If you have questions, see Mrs. Merritt.
• The General Student Council will meet today during the first half of lunch in the Auditorium.
• Students interested in Calliope, Jesuit’s arts and literary magazine, will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 220.
• Students interested in competing in a Ping Pong Club Tournament will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 221.
• The Model UN Team will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 214. Students interested in participating in the YMCA MUN Conference in Baton Rouge need to attend.
• The Video Games Club will meet today after school in Room 116.
• The Yu-Gi-Oh! Club will meet today after school in Room 306.
• The Robotics Team will meet today in Room 307 from 3-5. Any members who plan on attending the upcoming competition on Jan. 21 should see Mr. Kieff if they are unable to attend this meeting. 
• Fall Sports Recognition Night will take place tonight at 6:30 in the auditorium.  Report time for all cross country, football, and swimming lettermen is 6:10.  The attire for this event is coat and tie.
• Anyone interested in joining the Football Program next season that is not already working out with the team can meet Coach Manale in Room 112 at the beginning of lunch on Friday.
• Printing fees for the month of December have been distributed in homeroom.  Students should pay their fees in Room 215 before school, at 10-minute break, or during the lunch hour before Wednesday, Jan. 11, to avoid penalties.
• Students interested in going to serve breakfast to the homeless at Grace at the Greenlight this Thursday should see Mr. Delatte as soon as possible.
• Intramural teams who have not picked up their championship football shirts should come to the Theology office, Room 301, this week to do so. 
• All members of the junior class must attend a meeting this week in order to receive materials and information necessary for the scheduling of senior courses for next year. Meetings will be held during the first or second half of the lunch period in the Auditorium. Juniors in Program I and IV will meet tomorrow; Program II will meet on Thursday, Jan. 12; and Program III will meet on Friday, Jan. 13. If you are unsure of the curriculum program that you are following, please ask your homeroom teacher. Please do not fail to attend your particular meeting – it is important.
• Seniors:  Mid-Year transcripts will be sent to each school where you applied within the next 2-3 weeks.  There is no need to contact your college counselor about sending them.  Please know that it may take longer for their receipt to be reflected by the institution.
• Room changes for today: Sophomores in Coach Bairnsfather’s 1st period PE class will meet in Room 120 and sophomores in his 2^nd period PE Class will report to Room 203. Juniors in Coach Bairnsfather’s 3^rd period (slot 1) class report directly to Room 120. Sophomores in Maestro’s 3^rd period (slot 1) class report to Computer Lab 2 and 4^th period (slot 2) students report to Computer Lab 1 for class. Juniors in Mrs. Jennings 6^th period (slot 4) class please report to room 203 for class.
