- The Jesuit Philelectic Society proudly presents our spring production of the hilarious musical comedy Something Rotten! this weekend in the Jesuit auditorium, with a performance tomorrow at 6:30 PM and shows on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM. This production stars underclassmen Nate Costantini, Cullen Morris, Keshaun Tervalon, David Hulefeld, James Ralph, Logan Marcel, Finn Connolle, John Connolle, and James Vaicius, as well as upperclassmen Chris Gieseler, Josh Walker, Albert Favalora, Wajid Ali Zahid, and Omar Ali Hussein. - The General Student Council will meet today during the first half of lunch in the Auditorium.
- The Jesuit Men of Color will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 210.
- Juniors attending this weekend’s Kairos retreat must meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 121.
- The Blue Jay newspaper staff will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 128.
- Sodality will meet today during the second half of lunch.
- Any student interested in media production including film, photography, audio, and social media should pick up an application outside Room 128 to join the Student Communication Team for the next academic year. Applications are due next Friday, April 21. See Mr. Flores in the Student Communications Office with any questions.
- The 8th grade baseball team will host Northshore this evening at John Ryan Stadium starting at 6:00.
- Jesuit will take on Dominican in the Carrollton Clash this Friday at 4pm in the Benson Arena. Sign up for events will be held in the Student Activities Office today and tomorrow during lunch.
- Jesuit’s Medical Society will be sponsoring a Spring Blood Drive on April 18. Faculty, Staff, and students 16 and older can sign up to donate in homeroom or see Mrs. Tassin in Room 317 for more information.
- Students interested in math prep for the June 10 ACT should see Mr. Lavie in Room 334.
- Any Senior currently eligible for the Perfect Attendance Award must report to the Discipline Office some time this week to receive information relating to the award.
- Senior intramural cabbageball schedule for this week is posted on the first floor bulletin board.
- Printing fees for the month of March have been distributed in home room. Students must pay their debt in Room 215 either before school, during 10-minute break, or at the lunch hour before Monday, April 17. Failure to pay fees may result in the loss of computer services.
- Congratulations to Chad York for winning the chess tournament. You are the chess king of Jesuit High School. Please see Mr. Campos to collect your prizes.”
