First Quarter Exam Schedule

• Today’s exams are Theology and Science. Tomorrow’s exams are English, Biology 2, Chemistry 2, Computer Studies and Speech.
• Students should not be in the hallways during the exam period or between exam periods.  Once you complete your exam you should exit the hallways quietly.  You may remain in the Commons, Resource Center, or the yard during this time.
• Upon arrival at campus, students are required to place their cellphones in the off mode in their lockers.  No phones may be used anywhere on campus until both exam periods are over.  Students may not leave campus until they have completed exams for the day.  PH will be held in Room 231 on Thursday; it will begin at 9am and will continue as long as is necessary for justice to be served.  
• Sophomores and Juniors will take the PSAT this Friday, Oct. 18. Juniors will test at 8:00 a.m. and sophomores at 12:30 p.m. Students should report to their testing rooms on time and in full school uniform at least 15 minutes prior to their testing time. Students should refer to the Guidance Canvas page for more information about the PSAT and for their testing room location. Please reach out to Mrs. Strain in Guidance with any questions.
• All seniors who have finished their service project and essay are reminded that Senior Service Project Reflections will be today after their final exam of the day. All students completed their service project and essay must attend. Check rosters in first floor classrooms and on Canvas to find your group’s room and time. 
• Freshman Retreat will take place tomorrow on campus. Parents of freshman received an email last week with information on what to bring. Freshmen should check canvas for information on which room to report to after exams are finished.
• Juniors and Seniors helping at the Freshman Retreat will meet immediately after the English exam in the Auditorium. Please check Canvas for a message with more details.
• The varsity football team will face Edna Karr on Friday night at Morris F.X. Jeff, Sr. Stadium with kickoff set for 7:00.  Pre-sale tickets are $10.00 each for adults and non-Jesuit students and $5.00 each for children (ages 6-11).  Tickets are available for purchase daily at the front desk until 3:30.  All tickets purchased at the gate are $15.00 each.  Free parking for Jesuit students and fans will be available at Harriet Tubman School adjacent to visitor side of the stadium.
