As the golf season begins, the Blue Jays have already demonstrated their prowess on the green. In recent matches, standout performances came from sophomore Duke Nitcher, who shot a 36, while junior William Boasberg, freshman Brooks Blanchard, and junior Julien Tullier each scored 38. Junior Nate Baines also impressed with a 37.

Juniors Nelson Bensel and William Boasberg, along with Duke Nitcher, have been selected to represent the East team in the prestigious Louisiana Junior Cup in Shreveport this weekend. Notably, they are the only three participants from New Orleans, showcasing the school’s exceptional talent on a larger stage. We look forward to seeing their contributions to Team East’s success in the Louisiana Junior Cup.
