Faculty Meeting Order, Day 7
- The varsity football team will play at Teurlings Catholic on Friday night in the regional round of the state playoffs with kickoff set for 7 p.m. All tickets must be purchased online through the GoFan app, and your phone will serve as your ticket. Tickets are priced at $12 for ages 10 and up. Concession purchases are also cashless. There is no charge for parking. A clear bag policy will not be enforced for this game.
- The Student Council is sponsoring a spirit bus to the football game on Friday. Permission forms were emailed to Canvas emails and can be found on the Student Life Canvas page. Hard copies of the permission form can be found in the Student Activities Office, Room 131. Spots are limited and will be fill on a first come, first served basis. Forms are due on Friday to Room 131. The bus is free, but students must purchase tickets on their own.
- The theme for the game is a ‘Jayson out.’ Wear blue and bring your Jayson hat! Jayson hats are on sale in the Blue Jay Shop for those who do not have one yet.
- Friday will be a Blue and White Day. Wear a blue, white, or a blue and white collared shirt or a Jesuit imprinted t-shirt of Friday to celebrate and support the Fall sports post-seasons.
- Total Sodal Mass will take place today during the first half of lunch in the 2nd floor chapel, immediately followed by pizza in Ignatius Hall on the 3rd floor.
- Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 330.
- The Card Magic Club will meet during the second half of lunch in Room 403.
- The varsity basketball team will open its season tonight at Carver with tip off set for 7:00. The jv game begins at 6:00.
- The varsity wrestling team will compete in a dual meet at Chalmette this evening starting at 6:00.
- The Witness Project, a new campus ministry initiative, is featuring senior Nick Rosevally as he speaks on his faith journey tomorrow during lunch.
- All Jesuit Youth and Government members attending the upcoming conference must meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 210.
- The Movie Critics Club will meet tomorrow after school in Room 221 to watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
- Seniors taking the Dec. 14 ACT should see Mr. Lavie if you are interested in doing math prep.
- An admissions representative from University of Mississippi will be available today during lunch in room 122.
