Thank you for your interest in supporting Jesuit through the Class of 1973 Full Education Fund. Every dollar raised by the class up to $125,000 will be matched by a generous anonymous classmate. The resulting total will fully fund a $250,000 Full Education Fund.
By achieving this goal, the Class of 1973 would become the first class to establish a Full Education Fund as a group.
- Jesuit’s endowment was founded almost 100 years ago in 1926 by Henry C. Prevost of the Class of 1873, who graduated from Jesuit exactly 100 years before the Class of 1973 walked across the graduation stage. Full Education Funds, Endowed Scholarships, and other extraordinary gifts continue to support the endowment today.
- Jesuit’s endowment creates longterm strategic continuity for the school, ensuring the legacy of a forming men for others continues for generations to come.
- Full Education Funds generate the annual dollars necessary to cover the complete cost of attendance to Jesuit for a year.
- The “corpus,” or the gifted amount, of Full Education Funds is not touched over the years and is allowed to grow in perpetuity.
This form records your pledge or gift towards this project. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jamie Roy, Jesuit’s major gift coordinator, at roy@jesuitnola.org or (504) 483-3923.
