Thank you for your interest in supporting Jesuit through the National Advisory Board Endowment Challenge. Every dollar raised up to $100,000 will be matched by the National Advisory Board, effectively doubling the difference made by your philanthropy. The resulting total will add $200,000 to Jesuit’s endowment. The endowment is stewarded by the Jesuit High School of New Orleans Foundation.

  • Jesuit’s endowment was founded almost 100 years ago in 1926 by Henry C. Prevost of the Class of 1873. Extraordinary gifts beyond Jesuit’s annual drives continue to support the endowment today.
  • The endowment creates longterm strategic continuity for the school, ensuring the legacy of a forming men for others continues for generations to come.
  • The “corpus,” or the gifted amount, of endowment gifts is not touched over the years and is allowed to grow in perpetuity.
