Regular Order, Day 4

• All 8^th and 9^th grade students participating in the Mu Alpha Theta State Convention will practice today through Thursday during the second half of lunch in Room 330.
• The Spanish Club will meet today during second half of lunch in Room 409.
• Both the varsity soccer and wrestling teams are reminded to report to the Carrollton Ave. steps this afternoon at 3:30 for Hall of Champions’ team photo.
• The tennis team will face Rummel this afternoon at UNO starting at 4:00.
• The jv baseball team faces Lakeshore this afternoon at John Ryan Stadium starting at 4:30.
• The 8^th grade baseball team will host Brother Martin tonight at John Ryan Stadium starting at 6:45.
• The annual school-wide king cake party will take place Thursday during the second half of lunch in the courtyard. Organize your club or team to participate.
• Friday will be a a purple, green, and gold day. Wear your favorite Mardi Gras shirt or a purple, green, and/or gold collared shirt on Friday in place of your school shirt. Ask your homeroom teachers about the guidelines.
• The Churchill Society of New Orleans is once again holding its annual high school essay contest. Students who are interested in Winston Churchill, World War II, and the chance to win a cash prize should see Mr. Trosclair in the Social Studies Office (Room 205) for more information.
• All intramural basketball participants must bring athletic shoes on game day.
• 8^th grade intramural basketball games begin today in the 3rd floor gym. Check IMleagues or homeroom representative for the schedule. Pre-freshman may sign up at the game.
