Regular Order, Day 5

• Big Brothers are needed for Welcome Day.  All current sophomores and juniors are encouraged to sign up, check your canvas messages for the Welcome Day link sent from Coach Firmin.  Seniors are also needed to sign up to help at Welcome Day. This is the first opportunity to get signed up to help us welcome the incoming students on Saturday, March 22.  Big Brothers will be given a first edition Jesuit Gizzard shirt and will be fed lunch.  See Coach Firmin or Coach Hernandez for more details.  
• Mardi Gras beads are currently being collected for recycling by the Joy Center at St. Michael School. Place beads in the boxes outside the library or at the front desk of the Madonna della Strada building.
• ROTC will be selling jambalaya for $5 cash per bowl to support the mission drive today during lunch in the courtyard.  
• All prefreshmen must meet today during the first half of lunch in the auditorium for a presentation. Enter through the back entrance.
• Total Sodal Mass will take place the first half of lunch today in the 2^nd floor chapel, immediately followed by pizza in Ignatius Hall.
• Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today and tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 330.
• The Music Critics Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 332
• Students attending Mu Alpha Theta State Convention will practice today & tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Rooms 223, 227, 229, 231, and 330.
• The Ultimate Frisbee club will meet today during the second half of lunch on Will Clark Field.
• All intramural basketball team captains must meet today during the second half of lunch in CL3. If the captain cannot make it, there must be another representative present. Teams not present will not be in the playoff or the March Madness tournament.
• Any students interested in playing beach volleyball at White Sands in Elmwood should see Mrs. Catalano in Room 323 to sign up. First practice will be held this evening from 4:30-6:00.  The deadline to sign up is Thursday, March 20. 
• The varsity baseball team will open district play this afternoon facing Rummel at Mike Miley with first pitch set for 4:00.
• The 9^th grade baseball team will host Rummel this afternoon at John Ryan Stadium starting at 4:00.
• The golf team will face Shaw this afternoon at Stonebridge starting at 4:00.
• The junior high track and field team will compete in the El Taco Loco Invitational Meet at Muss Bertilino this afternoon starting at 4:00.
• All basketball, soccer, powerlifting, and wrestling lettermen are expected to report to the weight room tomorrow during the lunch period for lettermen jacket measurements and stripe and logo distribution.
• Mission Drive Bracket Challenge! 🏀 Get ready to test your basketball knowledge and support a great cause with our March Madness Mission Drive Bracket Challenge! Brackets are $10 each, and you can sign up in the Commons Before school, during 10-minute break and during lunch. Sign-ups are open today through Tuesday of next week, so don’t miss your chance to participate! Fill out your bracket, compete for bragging rights, and help make a difference. Over $100 in prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers. Join the madness, sign up today!
