Two minutes into the game, senior tight end Foster Moreau leaps high and comes down in the end zone with a 12-yard pass from Trey LaForge to score Jesuit's first touchdown. Junior kicker Crew Jacobs added the PAT and the Jays are out front, 7-0.

After Jesuit jumps out to a 7-0 lead, the cheerleaders are hoisted on the shoulders of the boys to rally the fans for the ensuing kickoff to St. Paul's.

Linebacker Robert Lobrano (55) puts a wrap around the Wolves' quarterback, who coughs up the ball. The fumble is recovered by St. Paul's.

Foster Moreau hauls in a pass and the Wolves find out that the big tight end doesn't go down easy. His second and third efforts result in an additional 10 yards on the play.

The snaps were off-target on two consecutive plays, forcing quarterback Trey LaForge to stretch for the ball.

LaForge decides to scrap the play and salvage the down by keeping the ball himself. His run was just short of a first down.

Senior punter Shawn Walsh muffs the snap but picks up the ball and makes a valiant attempt to run for the hills. Unfortunately, two Wolves make sure he goes nowhere. Walsh injured his ankle on this play.

Senior Hunter Robert comes off the defensive line and takes up the fullback position. After shutting down the Wolves on the 2- yard line, the Jays are deep in their own territory. Robert finds enough daylight to give the offense some breathing room.

The Wolves were chasing the Blue Jay running backs all night long. Chris Mills picks up 30 yards and eventually scores the Jays' final touchdown, a 25-yard gallop up the middle..

The Jays are out front, 14-3, when St. Paul's has to punt. Jakirai Wiley catches the punt and starts churning those legs, thrilling Jesuit fans (and stunning the Wolves) with a 63-yard touchdown run. Harrison Daste (39) and Jandon Briscoe (3) provide key blocks at the start of Wiley's jaunt.

After the Jays kickoff, the defense remains stout and the Wolves have to give it right back. Quarterback Trey LaForge goes to work with a pass over the middle.

With Shawn Walsh sidelined, Crew Jacobs is sent in to handle punts. Jacobs boots this one and the Wolves fumble. The Jays recover and have another opportunity to score before halftime.

Trey LaForge tries to hit Foster Moreau in the end zone, but a Wolf barely gets a finger on the ball to send it astray and out of the tight end's reach.

Trey LaForge floats a pass to Kalija Lipscomb (17) deep in the end zone. Lipscomb makes a terrific leaping grab for the touchdown to give the Jays a 28-3 halftime lead. On his way back to the sidelines, Lipscomb is congratulated by teammates LaForge (11), Foster Moreau (82), Michael McMahon (41), and sophomore Corey Dublin (74).

Jesuit kicks off to St. Paul's to begin the second half and Jakirai Wiley grabs this Wolf, jarring the ball loose. Senior Will McMahon (5) pounces on the fumble and the Jays have a 1st and 10 on the 15-yard line.
