Audition Info

• Auditions will be held on Sept. 17 & 18 at 5:30 PM in the auditorium
  • Anyone who wants to audition should plan to attend on Tuesday, Sept. 17
  • Wednesday, Sept. 18 will only be for call-backs (as needed)
  • Anyone who cannot attend auditions on the Tuesday, Sept. 17 must communicate his or her conflict with Mrs. Arthurs before Monday, Sept. 16

Preparing to Audition

• Read and fill out the Audition Form
  • A Parent or Guardian must sign the form before you can be cast in the show
• Students should prepare a monologue from the show
  • Boys can choose a monologue from this list
  • Girls can choose a monologue from this list
• Parents should please plan NOT to attend the audition

 Production Schedule

• Set Crew and Rehearsals will be at the usual times, 3:00 – 5:30 and 5:30 – 8:30 respectively; anyone who is cast will be expected to assist in Set Crew whenever possible
• Saturday Set Crews will be scheduled and posted on the Phils’ calendar in the near future
• Mandatory attendance is required at all Technical & Dress rehearsals.
  • Technical Rehearsal – Sat. Nov. 16
  • Dress Rehearsals – Nov. 16 and Nov. 18 – 20
• The show will run for 1 weekend, the weekend before Thanksgiving:
  • Opening Night – Thurs. Nov. 21 @ 7:30 PM
  • 2nd Performance – Fri. Nov. 22 @ 7:30 PM
  • Matinee – Sat. Nov. 23 @ 2:00 PM
  • Final Performance – Sat. Nov. 23 @ 7:30 PM
• Mandatory attendance is required at Strike (the tear down of the set)
  • Strike – Sun. Nov. 24 @ 1:00 PM
