A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Dillard University Lawless Memorial Chapel, 2601 Gentilly Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70122. A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Charles (Top) Spencer worked as faculty ROTC, military science, at Jesuit High School for thirteen years and retired in May 1992.
