Jesuit Stumbles in Newman Invitational with 54-45 Loss to Country Day
After beating Country Day in the last week’s CYO Tournament, Jesuit basketball lost 54-45 to the Cajuns in the second game of the Newman Invitational Tournament on Thursday, Dec. 12. Senior Riley Conroy led the team scoring with 11 points, including three shots from behind the three-point line. Senior Grant Nichols chipped in nine. Junior Paul Kohnke had six rebounds. Senior Chase Eckholdt had five assists.
