Steven Sigle ’14 will catch fly balls like this one 9,999 times without any problems. But on that next fly, the ball appeared to be firmly in Sigle’s glove, only to squiggle out. The rare error in the bottom of the sixth resulted in Peake jumping out to a 1-0 lead.

James Licciardi ’14 relieved Glynn Dyer and pitched three innings through the bottom of the seventh, giving up two hits. Retif was up 3-1.

Right fielder Ben Hess ’15 wielded a hot bat going two for four and scoring one run.
