Junior Patrick Lacour took first place in the 800 meter run, helping the Blue Jays to a third place finish at the District 9-5A Championship.

The Blue Jay track and field team finished third in the District 9-5A Meet Wednesday night, just behind a 90-point tie between Brother Martin and Archbishop Rummel. Full individual results are listed below.

The Blue Jays now turn their focus toward the Regional Championship, held on Wednesday, April 30 at Thibodaux High School, where 18 Blue Jays will compete en route to the state meet.
