The Jesuit bowling team suffered its second loss of the season to the same Raider team. The final score was 20.5-6.5 at the All Star Lanes in Kenner on Monday, Feb. 23.

The Blue Jays faced an insurmountable 14-2 spread after the second game, but added a few team points in the last game with overall pins. “The rematch was not a whole lot better than our first meeting,” said Coach John Prejean.

The high point of the match was junior Jose Cusco’s 210 in the third game, as it was his first 200 game as a varsity bowler. In the first game, senior Ben Ainsworth easily defeated his opponent with a 266 game as part of a 582 series.

The Jays (5-2) will return to the All Star Lanes on Thursday, Feb. 26 against Bonnabel.
