Blue & White Friday Night Entertains Hundreds of Prospective Students
The eighth annual Blue & White Friday Night attracted over 400 boys to visit Jesuit High School and see a slice of Blue Jay life on Friday, October 23, 2015.
The prospective students came alone, in pairs, small clusters of classmates, and large groups from several schools. These prospective students in grades 4-8 at schools across the metro area, were thoroughly entertained — and fed — during their two-hour visit during which they mingled with current Blue Jays and were treated to an excellent sampling of all things Jesuit. The young guests were dropped off in the school yard and welcomed into the auditorium by Blue Jay ambassadors.
The students were entertained with a comedy act, drumline, cheers, and demonstrations. Along the way they also learned a thing or two about the benefits of being involved in co-curricular activities and athletic teams. At the end of the evening, the boys gathered in Traditions Courtyard for snacks while they waited for their parents to pick them up.
