LaForge Chosen to Play on LHSCA All-Star Basketball Team

Senior Trey LaForge drives for two of his game high 26 points as Jesuit routed Shaw 68-40 in Thursday nights game.

Senior Trey LaForge was chosen to participate on the Louisiana High School Coaches Association (LHSCA) All-Star Basketball team representing Eastern Louisiana. Coach Chris Jennings will be the assistant coach for East Squad.

Playing in the East Squad, LaForge will join seniors from Choudrant, Denham Springs, Episcopal- Baton Rouge, Family Christian, Lutcher, Ouachita Christian, Riverside Academy, Salmen, Scotlandville, St. Amant, St. Michael the Archangel, University High, and Warren Easton.

The  basketball all-star game will be played at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 21 at Hirsch Coliseum in Shreveport, La.

Eligible senior student-athletes are nominated by coaches who are active members of the LHSCA to participate in the annual matches.
